As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we’ll look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

On nutrition, instead of creating lists of food restrictions, I coach my clients to make gradual changes, rather than dwelling on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. I’ll guide you toward a more plant-based diet and better self-care practices in a supportive environment, helping you to improve your lifestyle.
