One-On-One Classes

Cook For Better Health

Here are a few reasons why learning to make simple, delicious dinners at home is a good idea:

  • Your doctor said you should eat more vegetables
  • Your gluten-free dinners need to taste better so you won’t miss the gluten
  • You buy cooked chicken but have no idea what vegetables or grains to make with it.

Sound familiar?

What keeps you from eating whole food vs processed?

No time? Know-how? Need advice on cooking gadgets that speed up prep?
You decide on where you need the most coaching for our One-On-One Classes.
Want to learn how to roast a chicken, saute vegetables or poach shrimp?
You decide what hurdles to jump over to bring out the broccoli, with ease. No more excuses. 🙂
Whether you’re struggling to lose weight, prepare for a detox, or eat real food vs processed, I’ll help set you up for success.

Here are some of what we’ll do during our in-home cooking session:

  • We’ll also talk shop on how to store produce to keep it fresh longer

Prices start at $300 plus the cost of groceries and cab expense if any.

I do request that you have a relatively clean and organized kitchen to accommodate our working together. If you need to reschedule a booked session, as a courtesy please give me a 2-day notice.
