One-On-One Classes

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • Your gluten-free dinners need a taste upgrade
  • Your doctor suggested you should eat more vegetables
  • When buying cooked chicken you have no idea what to serve with it

If so, a cooking class in your own kitchen might be right for you.

Learn to Cook For Better Health

I offer One-on-One classes, in your home, to boost your kitchen confidence. Eating healthy can help prevent chronic diseases down the road. The more you know how to whip up a simple meal using whole foods, the more empowered you’ll feel.

You’ll learn about spices and herbs, methods of cooking and a few techniques. In no time, you’ll be on your way to creating healthy meals at home.

  • Each in-home class will last 4 hours. We’ll cook 3 entrees with side dishes
  • We’ll cover a variety of cooking methods and work with seasonal vegetables
  • All classes are in the NYC, CT, and NJ area only

Our Cook Day

  • Our cook day will last 3 hours plus one for clean up
  • We’ll talk about who shops for what before arriving
